Shoolini University is one of the fifty-plus organisations we have worked with since 2023, and sits in the education and training group on our client wall.
Universities sit on both sides of our business at once: they are employers with their own HR to run, and they are where the next intake of talent comes from. Our campus programme, RecruitXcel, exists because of partnerships like this one.
What usually needs fixing in this sector
Across the organisations we work with in education, the same handful of problems keep coming up. They are worth naming, because most owners assume theirs is unique:
- Two very different workforces under one roof. Faculty and administrative staff need different hiring, appraisal and progression rules, and a single HR policy serves neither well.
